Team Building On The Beach

One of the nicest things about our campus is our location on the Thames River, and we started our week with some team building exercise. It was foggy, but it was a good morning and everyone got a touch of a New England beach day.

The group did a sponge passing exercise. Over the head is always a bit slippery. 

Then the cups came out and we tried to fill a bucket. 

Everyone did a great job and got to meet the resident hermit crab. 

Finally, the fog lifted.
