Technology & Society Artwork Project!

Thames Academy students enrolled in Technology and Society, a 3 credit college-level course at Thames Academy, recently completed an unusual homework assignment; turning the 8 Net Gen Norms of Don Tapscott's article into a visual collage. The homework assignment challenged students to take 1 or 2 of the 8 norms discussed in Tapscott's article and represent the abstract concepts visually in a collage.

Students also received extra credit for designing multiple collages and many students accepted this opportunity!

Thames Academy instructor, Jennifer Sullivan, hung the collages on the walls of a Thames classroom as a display of public artwork.
