It can be hard to make healthy choices in college because of the availability of so many unhealthy ones: pizza, late night snacks, sugary beverages, energy drinks, coffee, etc. In college, the dining hall or cafeteria is a place that has both: your daily allowance of fruits/vegetables and daily allowance french fries.
