A new article highlights the link between autism and exceptional creativity. The study, published in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, examined the ability of 312 individuals with autism to come up with creative solutions to given problems. The study reveals an important gift of those who have been diagnosed with autism and discusses how specifically the arts industry can (and should) provide support.
